Online workouts with Sussexsport

The sports facilities may be closed, but that doesn't mean we can't keep you moving!
Sussexsport are still around but we've moved things online so, although you can't be with us in person, our fantastic team is working hard to keep you motivated from afar.
We have a regular timetable of exercise classes run by some familiar faces, which are open to everyone in our Sussex community.
These are free and you'll just need a Zoom account to get involved.
There's a range of classes to try, with sessions taking place every weekday: enjoy a break from working or studying at home and relieve your muscles with some Seated Stretching, Breathing and Meditation; get moving with our fast-paced HIIT, Zumba and Strength and Conditioning classes and test your flexibility with our dynamic PiYo classes, which run twice a week.
