Free online fitness classes throughout February

Sussexsport's Stay Home With Us programme is growing, with even more live classes for Fitness February - a month of free online sessions for the campus community.
There's a range of live classes to try: get involved in our Back 2 Fitness workouts, which are suitable for all fitness levels and focus on warming up and strength and core exercises, stretch and relax with some dynamic yoga and Pilates, and get your body moving with our popular LBT, Strength and Conditioning, HIIT, Zumba and CardioBox sessions.

You'll need a University of Sussex, IDS or BSMS email to take part, and you'll need to register and sign-in using the University's Zoom account.
