Open to doctoral and early career researchers, the Doctoral School's Researcher-Led Initiatives Fund gives you greater input into your support and development needs.

From journal clubs to community meet-ups, symposiums to podcasts, apply for up to £750 to get your idea off the ground.

You can apply to organise an initiative focusing on either:

• equality, diversity and inclusion
• mental health and wellbeing among researchers
• public engagement
• researcher training and development
