A Conference on Calculus of Variations, PDE, and Geometric Measure Theory will take place at the Department of Mathematics, University of Sussex 7-8 September 2015.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss recent developments in these areas, and to explore future directions for common interaction.
The conference will be held in the Pevensey 1 Building room 1A6(no. 51 on campus map).

Financial support for travel and accommodation is still available to a limited number of UK based PhD students. You will need to supply a short CV and a letter of support from your PhD supervisor. We will be holding a conference dinner on the evening of Monday the 7th September at a local restaurant in Brighton. Please see the link for more information. The Coach House. The approximate cost will be £40 (excluding speakers). Please indicate on the form below whether you would like to attend and whether you have any dietary requirements.
The University of Sussex is located in Falmer which is a short bus or train ride away from Brighton (directions to the University).
Accommodation in Brighton is plentiful and the University maintains a list of recommended hotels.
