Teams Calling in Schools – rollout schedule released

MS Teams Calling is the new functionality which will allow you to make phone calls from wherever you are to people inside and outside of the University using existing extension numbers in Microsoft Teams.
It replaces outdated, desk-based landlines and Skype for Business as part of the Telephony Modernisation project.
The rollout schedule
The new functionality is now being rolled out to colleagues in Schools (including Professional Services colleagues in Schools).
The School of Education and Social Work moved over to MS Teams Calling before Christmas and the Business School transitioned in early February. All other Schools will now follow on a fortnightly basis in line with the schedule below.
