Menopause Cafe
Join us for our online Menopause Cafe on 1 October from 12-1 pm.
Menopause Cafés in the workplace help to raise awareness about the menopause and reduce the stigma and isolation that people going through the menopause transition can feel. Everyone is welcome and we encourage all genders to come along, even if you are not experiencing symptoms yourself.
We run the Menopause Café according to the Menopause Café principles, which includes not having specific topics, set questions or guest speakers, but we will talk through some of the symptoms people can experience. We want everyone to feel able to talk about the Menopause in a safe and kind space.
Lisette Whittaker, Sussex's Menopause Workplace trainer will be on hand throughout the session.
