| Inspirés
d’une méthodologie anglaise, Sussex Enterprise et la Chambre
de Commerce et d’Industrie de Rouen, en partenariat avec la Chambre
de Commerce et d’Industrie de Dieppe, ont décidé de mettre en place une action de coopération transfrontalière en matière de parcs d’activités. |
On
the model of English practice, Sussex Enterprise and the Rouen Chamber
of Commerce and Industry, in partnership with the Dieppe Chamber of
Commerce and Industry, have decided to implement a cooperative cross-border project relating to sites and premises. |

| Réalisée dans le cadre d’Interreg II, avec le soutien du Conseil Régional de Haute-Normandie et du Conseil Général de la Seine-Maritime, cette opération a pour objectif de mettre en réseau les sites industriels sélectionnés dans l’espace Rives-Manche et d’aider les entreprises à mieux se connaître pour favoriser les partenariats et les échanges. | This project is implemented in the context of the Interreg II programme, with the support of the Upper Normandy Regional Council and theSeine-Maritime Conseil Général, and is intended to network selected business parks in the Rives Manche area and to help companies to get to know each other better to encourage partnerships and business relations. | |
| Après une première évaluation, deux zones d’activités en East Sussex, une à Rouen et une à Dieppe seront retenues pour ce programme. | After an initial phase of evaluation, two business parks in East Sussex, one in Rouen and one in Dieppe will be chosen for this programme. | |
| Des coordinateurs au service des entreprises | Coordinators to assist firms | |
| Afin
de développer ce réseau, des coordinateurs seront recrutés
de part et d’autre de la Manche. Directement installés
sur la zone industrielle, ils auront pour mission d’aller à la rencontre des entreprises, de recenser leurs besoins et d’y apporter des réponses. Leur intervention pourra porter aussi bien sur des aspects d’aménagement des sites que sur des prestations de conseils et de services individualisés auprès des industriels. Pour ce faire, ils travailleront en étroite collaboration avec les services des chambres de commerce et d’industrie concernées. Par ailleurs, des rencontres régulières entre les coordinateurs anglais et français permettront de rapprocher les PME de l’espace Rives-Manche qui souhaitent développer un partenariat. |
To
develop this network, coordinators will be recruited on both sides
of the Channel. Located on the business parks, their role will be
to go out and visit firms, to identify their needs and to provide solutions for them. Their contribution can relate both to the planning of the park and to the provision of advice and tailored services for the firms. To do this, the coordinators will work in close cooperation with the relevant Chambers of Commerce and Industry. In addition, there will be regular meetings between the French and English coordinators which will facilitate contacts between SMEs in the Rives Manche area who want to develop partnerships. |

partir de l’analyse des besoins et des demandes des entreprises,
les coordinateurs pourront mettre en place des actions collectives.
Dès à présent plusieurs thématiques ont
pu être identifiées : u la mise en place d’un site Internet visant à assurer la promotion et la valorisation des parcs d’activités de l’espace Rives-Manche u le développement des échanges entre les entreprises dans le domaine de la logistique, de l’environnement et des nouvelles technologies de l’information et de la communication et plus particulièrement du commerce électronique. |
Starting
from an analysis of the needs and requirements of firms, the coordinators
will carry out joint actions. So far several aspects of this cooperation
have been identified: u the creation of an Internet site whose aim is to promote and to enhance the business parks in the Rives Manche area u the development of business relations between firms in the areas of logistics, the environment and new information and communications technologies and in particular in E-commerce. |
