Specific place of mosaic: | Traces of glass mosaic in the conch indicated that this was once decorated in the same manner as Shajarat al-Durr’s own mausoleum (trefoil design). Decoration no longer survives and was indecipherable by the 1930s. Tomb adjoins the madrasa. |
